Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne Moore is a Hollywood writer and actress who's talent has brought her recognition and critical acclaim. Sagittarius. Her birthplace was in North Carolina, on 3rd December, 1960. She's the eldest of three siblings. She was born to Peter Moore Smith who was an Army paratrooper. Her mother Anne works as a psychotherapist. Her parents are of English and Scottish heritage. Moore moved frequently with her family because of the work for her father. This was a challenge to keep or meet new friends. Moore started acting in plays during her time at Frankfurt American High School when her family moved to Germany. She continued her studies at Boston University, graduating in 1983 with the degree of a B.F.A. After graduating, Moore moved to New York and began her journey in Off-Broadway Theater. After graduation, Moore began her off-Broadway career in New York. She first appeared in an episode of The Edge of Night, that aired on TV in 1985. She played the roles as Sabrina Hughes and Frannie Hughes in As the World Changes that was her first major role. The show lasted from 1986 to 1988. World Turns through 1988. Her career has been established in Hollywood and is an author of children's books that is successful. Her first novel was published Freckleface Strawberry in 2007 and became a N.Y.T. The book became a best seller, and was later adapted to a television series along with a musical. In 2013, she published Her Mom is A Foreigner. Moore lives a flamboyant life as a well-known actor and a novelist. She divorced John Robin in 1995. Moore has two children with Bart Freundlich whom she later married in 2003.
